My most popular session is Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic practice that will have you moving around the mat in a fluid sequence. I also offer calmer Hatha and Ashtanga styles, as well as restorative Yin Yoga, in which each posture is held for between 3 and 5 minutes. I am simply a guide of Yoga, encouraging everyone to “work where you are today”. Using this opportunity to teach people how to use the practice and skills of yoga to translate into everyday life.
